American author Tara Schuster stopped by the Cité Auditorium in Luxembourg City on October 29th, 2021, to talk about her bestselling book, Buy yourself the f*cking lilies, and present her newest work, ‘Écris tes p*tains de pages du matin”.
She shared with her audience her own experiences, about how, on her 25th birthday she hit rock-bottom, and realized had to do something about it.
In a very lively exchange and a subsequent Q&A with the audience, Schuster talked about journaling, about mental health and self-care, and why everyone of us is worth the thing that instantly makes your life better, namely in her case, the f*cking lilies.
